🔹 General Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund

• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or in case of no-show: No refund

🔹 Private/Customized Tours:

• For custom tours, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.

• Non-refundable items (such as permits, accommodations, or meals booked in advance) may be deducted from the refund.

🔹 Weather & Force Majeure:

• If Oman Falcon Tours cancels due to severe weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

🔸 1. Booking & Payment:

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and cash (when pre-arranged).

🔸 2. Pricing:

• Prices are quoted in Omani Rials (OMR) and include applicable taxes.

• Pricing may vary based on season, group size, and tour customizations.

🔸 3. Tour Suitability & Guest Responsibility:

• Desert safaris and mountain tours are not suitable for:

  • Pregnant women

  • Individuals with back, neck, or spinal injuries

  • Anyone with serious medical conditions or recent surgeries

• Oman Falcon Tours reserves the right to refuse participation in such tours for safety reasons.

🔸 4. Health, Safety & Insurance:

• You are responsible for your personal health and must disclose any medical conditions or mobility issues before booking.

• Oman Falcon Tours is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or accidents that may occur during the tour.

• You are required to carry valid international travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and activity-related risks.

🔸 5. Liability Disclaimer:

• Oman Falcon Tours is not responsible for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

  • Injuries caused by negligence or failure to follow the guide instructions

  • Delays or changes caused by external factors (e.g., traffic, weather, third-party providers)

🔸 6. Modifications & Cancellations by Oman Falcon Tours:

• Tours may be modified, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons.

• In such cases, clients will be notified as early as possible and offered a reschedule or a full refund.

🔸 7. Photography & Marketing:

• Photos and videos may be taken during tours for promotional use.

• Please inform our team in advance if you prefer not to appear in marketing materials
