We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and cash (for certain tours). Payment is required to confirm your booking.

5. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance, especially during high season or for private/customized tours.

7. Are your tours suitable for children or seniors?
Yes! Most of our tours are family-friendly. However, some desert and mountain tours may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or those with mobility issues.

Desert safaris and mountain tours are not suitable for pregnant women or people with back, neck, or spine injuries.

9. Are your tours insured?
While our vehicles and staff follow safety guidelines, we strongly recommend that all travelers carry valid international travel insurance.

10. What should I bring on a tour?
Comfortable clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, camera, and your ID/passport. For desert and water tours, bring appropriate shoes and swimwear.
